We bang on a lot about gut health at MothersBabies… and for good reason! But how do you know if your gut is actually healthy? Do you know what to look out for?

Here are a few things to consider…

Take a Peep
The first one ain’t that glam I’m afraid…

It’s your poo…

The consistency and colour of your 💩 is one of the simplest (and most cost-effective!) hints as to the health of your gut microbiome. In Module 3 of our online course (which is free at the moment, by the way!) we go into more details about how your poo can indicate where you’re at with your gut health.

Down Those Plants
You can gather the second clue about the state of your gut health by taking a look at your diet. Are you eating lots of fruits, veggies, nuts, seeds, and whole grains? Do you focus on diversity and whole, good quality plant foods daily?

We take a look at the results of The American Gut Project (one of the largest microbiome studies ever done) in Module 3 of our online course. Find out some of the things they found that predict a healthy gut microbiome by signing up (free!) now!

Are You Happy?

This one might seem a bit odd, but research has found that your mental wellbeing actually predicts your gut health too. The American Gut Project published some very interesting results on this, which you can read all about in our online course, ‘Healthy Gut, Healthier Baby’.

Our online course, normally priced at $376, is FREE for the rest of September only.
Simply enter the code ‘SPRINGSPECIAL’ when checking out and you will have access to our entire course free-of-charge!
Don’t miss out! Less than one week to take advantage of this offer!
