The ultimate goal of MothersBabies is to empower parents-to-be with knowledge to help them optimise their health, support their fertility, and supercharge the health of their babies.

Through working collaboratively with some of the most innovative health professionals; nutritionists, GPs, research scientists, obstetricians, and midwives; we have created a course designed to educate and empower you with knowledge that will help you and your baby live your best lives.

After the last few years we have come to value human connection more than ever, so we’ve decided to create a MothersBabies Facebook group called MothersBabies – Healthier Gut, Healthier Baby.

Within this Facebook group will give you a chance to ask questions about our online modules, discuss all things gut health, fertility, babies, and the microbiome, and create connections with like-minded people who are going through similar things to you. Clare Carrick, writer and evidence-loving nutritionist, will be mediating the group and will also be available to answer any questions you may have.

We want to share with you the stuff that we wish more health professionals were sharing…that your microbes play a huge role in your health, your fertility, and your baby’s future…and that you have the power to change that role through the way you eat, work and play.

So please join us…and tell your friends to come along too…
